Our property management services cover the entire real estate lifecycle, from acquisition to tenant management and maintenance. Our team works diligently to maximize the value and performance of your investments.

Maintenance

We make reporting maintenance issues easy with our phone app, where tenants can leave photos, videos, and comments. This is also where the coordination happens between us, our vendors, and tenants. We can then send a report to our property owners if they so please.

Marketing

Aside from the traditional yard signs, we like to take advantage of the electronically driven world we are living in today by blasting our properties for rent across a wide range of social media and real estate platforms.

Tenant Screening

Tenant screening will make or break a property manager and this is why we take this very seriously. All of our tenants have been checked (background and credit), screened, and met in a personal meet-up.

Leasing/Pre- Leasing

Prior to getting the lease document signed, we focus on the pre-leasing stage. Here, we market the properties liberally, screen tenants thoroughly, and complete final repairs and inspections. 

Rent Collection

Our online tenant / owner portal makes paying rent simple. This cuts down on late payments tremendously and allows for easy accounting.

Inspections

On top of the move-in/ move-out inspections, we can provide a 6-month inspection that allows us to address neglected maintenance issues. This also keeps our turnover and vacancy time shorter at the end of a lease.
